What is an affiliate and affiliation?

Affiliation is an association between an Evo member, and a charitable organization/affiliate.  Every member is required to choose an affiliate on signup or indicate undecided.

An affiliate is any group that is cleared to participate and receive continual monetary benefit from Evo Affiliation program.  An Evo system member can only affiliate with one affiliate at a time.

Evo’s core mission is to raise revenue for charitable affiliate through the daily activities of its membership, without causing them any financial detriment.  The incentive to support charity is achieved by offering a system that enhances the member’s lifestyle, promotes and protects their finances, promotes good credit, while exposing them to many fine causes locally and abroad.

Affiliates receive continual monetary benefit from Evo system users every time they use the system to transact everyday purchases.  Whatever a user would buy day to day helps an affiliate accomplish their core mission.  This dose not cost the Evo system user anything, and nor does it require and behavior modification, on their part. 

Evo’s affiliate program is a privilege not a contracted right, driven by user participation.  Affiliate status can be revoked an affiliate loses its status via the IRS, or (if abroad) legal governing authority.  Affiliation status can be restored with Evo in most cases except in those involving fraud or other criminal activity.

Evo has two methods of participation –

• Evo Direct

• This is a contracted right for every Evo member.  An NPO, FBO, CBO, etc. can be an Evo member.  All Evo users can give directly to any charitable org.  Evo guarantees these transactions.    

•  The only governance over this is via the federal government and IRS, or other legal governing authority if abroad.  If criminal conduct is reported and proved of any participating affiliate or member, the infractors will be removed from Evo Mobile Payz, and be subject to prosecution.

• Evo Affiliation

• This is a privilege; Not a contracted right.  Evo uses base guidelines to provide some governance of this program. 

• We support free speech so long as it’s not a detriment to the community.  Hate language is not tolerated.

• Affiliates must respect the wishes of the Evo system user.  Every opportunity is made to encourage members to be involved in their affiliates group, forums, blogs etc..  However if an Evo system users wishes to change affiliation, Evo complies with the request.  We do ask the member to write a change letter, outlining the reason for the change.  Evo admin’s will post these letters on an “open forum” for community review.

• Affiliates are not permitted to spam the portal seeking new supporters.  Evo does permit affiliates to contact all users who’ve indicated their support to the affiliate, or those who may have checked undecided.  This will be done via a server script that searches the portal for membership affiliation.  An Evo admin will provide each affiliate with an updated list upon request until we automate this function.

• Affiliate group are the main vehicle to maintain program structure.  We have an area called “Evo Groups” in which every affiliate is required to open a group based on affiliate type.  These groups have methods of contact and interaction unique to that group.  For instance to review LWBC forum you would need to be a member of that group as this is the only way to access these postings.  Evo does not managerial control over the internal working of the group.  Each affiliate is responsible for what is posted, and how business is conducted for their group.

• In an event where Evo affiliation is called into question by the Evo community, the affiliate will be suspended pending a review by Evo Era Communication Inc.  This is done in order to ascertain whether the suspension deserves merit or not. 

• If there is no basis for the suspension, then the affiliate’s status is restored and a post of Evo Era Communications Inc., findings will be made community wide on the open forum.

• If there is merit (affiliate violated Evo’s base guidelines) then Evo will work to correct the situation with the affiliate in all cases except those involving criminal activity.  This clause is reserved for any affiliate who may have made unintentional mistakes in recruiting supporters, or stepped on Evo system user rights.  The findings from these proceedings will be posted on Evo’s open forum.

• If the affiliate’s membership (3/4 user base) moves to request dissolution of the affiliate’s participation due to distasteful practices, Evo will review the request and make a determination.  In this event all users who’ve notified Evo of dissolution will be released to other affiliates.  Not every one sees eye to eye on all things, no if no criminal activity has occurred the affiliate will retain the right to receive direct donations via the Evo Mobile Payz system. 

• If criminal conduct is reported and proved of any participating affiliate or member, the infractors will be removed from Evo Mobile Payz, and be subject to prosecution.  This is the only case where Evo directly intercedes to abolish program participation.  The Evo community by and large is the main means to ensure Evo’s affiliation program represents the good nature and conduct of all parciptants.

A good name is everything.  We adhere to the above in order to create and maintain an environment where communities can come together in order achieve a higher goal.  We ask all members to be honest, active, and helpful.   We ask all affiliates to represent their membership to the highest ethical level.

The end goal is raising money for good works.  By working together we can achieve the impossible.
