NPO: Non-profit Organizations, also called “Not-for-profit Organizations,” have the goal of actively supporting a special interest without the intent of monetary profit.

FBO: Faithbase Organization, have always served to spread a message of hope while actively promoting the needs of the underserved without the intent of monetary profit.

CBO: Community based organizations are a direct conncetion to local needs in every walk of life.  CBO's often support programs which are tailored to meet the needs indvidual groups.

.

MERCHANT: A merchant is the provider of a good or service.

USER: A user is anyone utilizing the Evo Portal or using the EMP system

A time has come where NPOs can be supported simply by Users living their daily lives; Merchants can provide for their clientele without fraud using instant transaction methods; Users can improve their credit without getting into debt to do so.

Welcome to a new era where business is a community affair.

Information is Collected

Evo collects from Users their first and last names.  We require a cellular phone number, as we are Short Message System (SMS) based.  We collect your city and state locales to let merchants know they have members in their areas.  Most importantly, we ask all of our members upon signup to choose a charitable affiliate.  Make sure it's something you care about.  Evo's system is about giving the member control not only over their finances, but where their contribution should go.

How it Works

We understand that there are "just pennies" from transaction fees being generated every time you use Evo Mobile Pay (EMP).  However when enough people get together, those pennies turn into something powerful.    If you do not see an affiliate you truly care about, please logon to the site and contact an Evo administrator.  It only takes 100 people to make a common request before Evo begins supporting them.  After enough support has been generated, logon to Evo Communities and Groups and get others to take up your cause.  Start bringing awareness to an affiliate needing our community’s support.

Let's face it: everyone is going to make a purchase with a debit card at some point.  Evo has created a way to contribute to a cause of your choice without anyone reaching into your pockets.  That's important!

Evo doesn't use pressure-commercials or guilt trip you into doing anything you would not already do.  We don't have to.  You as an Evo User accomplish so much in a single month simply by using Evo Mobile Pay.  If you know anyone who wants to get involved, tell them about Evo.  Even if they don't “do charity” or “get involved” but like all the features of Evo Mobile Pay, have them signup for an affiliate you are sponsoring.  If we all just do a little bit, it will add up fast.

Welcome to the world of silent philanthropy.  If you need anything feel free to call 1-800-EVO-PAYZ.  My personal tagline is "working for pennies".  Pass it on, and I'll see you on eovpayz.com.

Thanks,

NPOs, Charitable Organizations, Faith-based, or CBOs: any group authorized (this applies to entities within the United States) by a recognized authority to accept charitable donations.

As a result of 9/11 and the Patriot Act, Evo requires all NPO, Charitable Organizations, Faith-based, or CBOs to submit IRS documentation in order to participate in the program.

This is not an automated function.  Evo's legal administrators will review each organization for authenticity.  When the organization has been cleared, said entity will be added to our database for Evo members to select as their declared affiliate.

Information Collected from Non-profits

We collect the organization’s name, address, telephone/fax number, web address, and most importantly, your IRS documentation.  After all information is collected, the organization will be reviewed.  No entity is allowed program participation until Evo's legal administrators verify the validity of the applicant.  Once Evo has verified your information, you will be added to the database and posted as a selection on the community portal.

Two types of transactions apply for NPOs, Charitable Organizations, Faith-based, or CBOs:

1.         Evo makes it possible for users to donate to a specific organization outright via Evo Mobile Pay.  This is considered a member to member transaction and is governed by the rules of membership which can be found on this site.  Our goal via direct transacting is ensure you, the charity, receive the most out of that donation without having to endure fee after fee before that donation comes in the door.  These transactions are solely yours less Evo's flat $1.00 fee, regardless of the amount given.

2.         Evo's direct donation program.  It takes 100 people to sign up for your organization before it starts seeing revenue from Evo.  Our members choose who they will support.  Evo has no say in where their donation goes.  The money originates from a fraction of the transaction fees paid by the merchant.  Evo gives each organization 1/3, or approx 33%, of all transaction fees associated with each of their Users.

Disclosure of Distribution Methods

Because of security reasons, we have no access to User data on the bank side.  When we say "it's a secure system,” we mean it.  We know how many users are signed up, and how many users have elected to support each organization.  From this information, Evo takes the total number users in your "bucket" and performs and average over the total system revenue.  In other words, we give all organization members the benefit of the doubt in believing that their supporters are contributing to your organization via EMP.  From this average, 1/3 or approximately 33% of transaction fees are proportionally donated to you (based on your quantity of supporters) from Evo.

This program is a privilege and is not in any way contractual.  Please expect donations to fluctuate as we have no control over how membership conducts their day to day spending.  Proceeds are expected to be posted quarterly, and Evo intends to put out a virtual score card so members can see all the good they are doing.

Please keep in mind that it is a privilege to participate.  Evo retains the right to immediately terminate any organization’s participation in this program.  Such cases may include loss of NPO status, becomes an illegal entity, or conducting itself in a manner deemed inappropriate by Evo.  It's a privilege to participate.  In the event of affiliate dissolution, all Evo members will be notified via an SMS broadcast and web post with complete details.  Those members will be instructed to choose a new affiliate.  There is no possible way for any organization to be reinstated if found to be criminal.   If NPO status is lost, Evo will review the reasons behind the change in status prior to making any decisions.  Real people are using great technology to support associated affiliates by using Evo.  Therefore, we demand the best possible face and ethics from our affiliates.  You owe it to them to be the best stewards of every penny they send you way.

We will never release any information of Evo members other than what they publicly release.  The only pertinent information we will provide involuntarily is the number of users associated with each organization, and results from polls conducted on the website.  However, if you opt for distribution of specific information via Evo’s web site, we will work to involve each organization in our system.  We encourage you to keep in touch with your direct membership.

If you have questions don't hesitate to contact an Evo administrator via the community portal, or simply call 1-800-EVO-PAYZ.

Evo Merchants: Any Evo member that operates a business which accepts direct payments from a member’s cell phone or members’ VISA backed Evo debit card.

The information gathered from you lets us tell all our members that you support charitable work by accepting Evo Mobile Pay.  It's a win-win scenario when both merchant and user do great NPO work without changing the way they conduct their every day affairs.

Merchant Information Collected

We collect your name and all pertinent business information.  We will post this on our site according to geographical areas and ensure that our membership has access to you.  Merchants are members too!

As an Evo Merchant you form the final link in what we do!  Members can use their VISA card to make purchases.  However the true benefit of Evo lies in the ability to pay the merchant without having to use a plastic card.  Paying via Evo Mobile Pay protects both the merchant and the user, while lowering your costs and improving the speed at which you are paid.

Being an Evo Merchant is more than just signing of for another payment system.  Evo members are involved people.  We will be holding Evo events on a scheduled basis.  Via our SMS servers, we notify all members in a given area that an Evo merchant is a sponsor, and when and where Evo events take place.

Our goal remains the same: to raise money for charities, provide meaningful financial services to users, provide our merchants with more exposure, and to advance mobile payment methods.

Feel free to call us anytime at 1-800-EVO-PAYZ for more details or email an Evo business administrator a support request.

Welcome to an Evo-lution in payment interactions.

Sincerely,

Sean Schoeff, CEO
